Francis Quamina Farrier, B.A., M.S., has created, written and directed numerous productions for radio, theatre, television and film. Farrier is a multi-talented individual who best showcases the complex culture of Guyana.
As the former Director of Drama at the Ministry of Culture of Guyana and as a highly respected investigative journalist, Farrier brings a wealth of experience and talent to all facets of media and the arts. He knows Guyana intimately, having traveled to all four corners of the 83,000 square mile country over the last 50 years, including the vast unexplored interior regions seen by very few.
Viewers of Farrier's works find them informative, intriguing and entertaining. Over the years, he has been a recipient of a number of awards for his works, including a national award. Farrier's higher education include studies at the University of Middlesex (United Kingdom), University of Alberta (Canada) and the University of the West Indies (Trinidad).
